Maryan (pronounced Mariyāņ; The Immortal) is a 2013 Indian Tamil romantic survival film directed by Bharat Bala starring Dhanush alongside Parvathy. Produced by Venu Ravichandran, the film has music and background score composed by A. R. Rahman and cinematography by Marc Koninckx. Dialogues in the film are penned by R N Joe D’ Cruz.
The film’s soundtrack features the prominent artists like Vijay Prakash, Shwetha Mohan, Chinmayi Sripada, Javed Ali, Haricharan, Nakash Aziz, Sofia Ashraf, Shakthisree Gopalan, Blaaze, Madras Youth Choir, Yuvan Shankar Raja and the music composer A.R. Rahman himself. The lyrics were penned by Kutti Revathi, A.R. Rahman, Kabilan, Vaali, Sofia Ashraf, Brian Kabwe, Blaaze & Dhanush.
